We went to Mazatlan and stayed at Torres for a ‘girls trip’ and it was the perfect place to relax, enjoy and play tennis to our heart’s content. We made our friend Gretchen an honorary Canadian for the week, only because she was outnumbered, being the only American in our group. We even convinced her to host a segment of Tennis Tourist, which you can see at the beginning of this post. Playing tennis at Torres Mazatlan Mexico was delightful.

What To Do After Tennis at Torres
Kick of your flip flops and go walk to the end of the beach at Cerritos. It’s about a half an hour beach walk to a quaint development with a few great restaurants, bars and shops. And you can rock climb around the point if you are really motivated!
Hang out on the Beach, it’s one of Mexico’s Best
Torres is on a beautiful, swimmable and scenic stretch of beach. The beach is quiet but has plenty to see. Fishermen, para gliders, swimmers, shell collectors and walkers enjoy this long stretch of sand. It’s about four and a half kilometers from Cerritos to the Marina on the south end, and about 3 kilometers or a half hour walk from Torres to Cerritos via the beach.
