You can Improve your Tennis Game while Staying at Home
We are tennis players and we love to move, to compete and to improve our tennis game. These days of staying at home, self distancing and self isolation are proving challenging. But we are seeing people and coaches who are finding ways to keep busy, keep happy and take their game to the next level when they finally do get back on the court.
1. Practice your Ground Strokes in your Living room with a Mattress!
The School Of Sports
This is ingenious. Hitting a tennis ball against a mattress allows you to use full power and the mattress absorbs the power of the ball so it won’t cause damage.
2. Tennis in Your Driveway
Greg Chambers, Tennis Director at Ensworth School.
This inspired us. We are going to try it as soon as it stops raining!!!

3. Practice your Serve at Home
Matt Smith
This might be the time to finally improve your serve. Now that you’re not busy playing matches, it might be time to really break it down to make it work when you’re back on the court.
Coaches are sharing their knowledge
To help keep people strong, healthy and connected. We are looking for tips from everywhere to share with you and we hope it will inspire you to keep tennis in your life!
