Chris Evert with her 18 grand slam titles and #1 world ranking may be the name most synonymous with tennis, but her father Jimmy is long credited with being one of the greatest tennis coaches ever. The Jimmy Evert Tennis Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where he taught Chris and many other rising stars over 49 years lives on with his name and legacy and is a living museum to all of the Evert kids who played here and other notable athletes in the sport such as Jennifer Capriati and six junior champions who trained on these courts with Jimmy.
