Clay Tennis on Victoria’s Bear Mountain

Spectacular Bear Mountain is the home of eight outdoor red clay courts which were opened in the spring of 2017.  The facility offers coaching, social tennis and league tennis nestled high in the mountains of Vancouver Island.

As Well As 8 Clay Courts, Bear Mountain Also has Two Hard Courts

The North Langford Rec Centre is part of the Westin Hotel on Bear Mountain. It features two hard court tennis courts, a year round heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi, a gym and fitness centre and classes. The courts are in a mountain setting alongside the resort’s golf course and hiking trails. Visitors can drop in for a fee.

Bear Mountain is a resort and residential development just outside of Victoria BC. It is very close to the city, but at the top of a mountain it feels far away from the city’s hustle and bustle. Victoria is a popular destination for visitors from around the world.
