Our Reader’s Favorite Tennis Courts -Here’s 3 in the USA

We asked our followers to tell us about the places they most like to play and here’s the first instalment.

It is true what they say, word of mouth is the best testament.  Very few travellers today, book a vacation without reading reviews.  Below are three of our Readers’ favorite courts where they have visited and played.  An added bonus with this trio is that you can continue to play in any season.

Although Indian Wells Tennis Garden is known for it’s annual tournament in March where the top ranked players in the world assemble,  the rest of the year it is a tennis club where anyone can play.  The club offers memberships, drop ins, lessons, camps and daily clinics for every level and age of player.  The facility is beautifully appointed with 29 hard courts, fitness and locker rooms, a member lounge, racquet stringing and a well stocked pro shop.

The Tennis Center at Desert Princess, Palm Springs, CA

Clinics run several times a week and there is player matching. The club also runs a strong junior program.
